Our church exists to honor Christ and to make Him known to others. We desire to offer a wide variety of ministries that will assist you in your spiritual and personal growth and equip you to become a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ.
There's something for everyone with our church. When you visit our campus, greeters are at the doors who can help with any immediate needs or questions that you may have. Come by the Ministry Gallery in the atrium or connect with a pastor after a worship service in the Encourager Room.
Weekend Services
Our church family gathers for worship each weekend to exalt the Lord, encourage each other, be equipped by Biblical teaching and proclaim the Good News of Jesus. Each service is unique, dynamic and open to anyone interested in seeking the Lord. We are glad to provide loving nursery & preschool care for families during all services. We also meet at other times for a variety of activities & studies.
8 AM | Traditional Worship
Using hymns, this service is in a classic format. Choir, accompanied by piano, will worshipfully participate in this service.
9:30 AM | Contemporary Worship
Drawing from the broad scope of worship music available, our Choirs, full Instrumental Ensemble and Worship Team will lead worship in a passionate way.
11 AM | Next Gen Worship
This service uses worship songs that you might hear on the radio. The music is driven by a cutting edge band and multiple worship leaders.
9:30 & 11:00 AM Kids Worship
Sunday worship for kids ages Kindergarten through 3rd grade. Kids Worship is kid friendly and relevant for young children with a focus on helping them learn to worship God with their whole heart. We meet in the KID Zone of the Children's Ministry Building.
Bible Fellowship Groups
We have a wide range of Bible Fellowship Groups that are available here at Cross Church NRH. Feel free to view the different groups and find the one that you would like to visit! For more information click the link below for our info page.
What about…
My Kids?
Children birth-5th grade will be taken care of by trained and approved volunteers every Sunday morning. We offer Bible Fellowship Groups tailored to this young age, keeping things fun while still sharing the gospel with these children. Children ages Kindergarten through 3rd grade will participate in Kid Worship where they will learn how to behave in a worship service, sing songs, play games, and learn a biblical lesson each week. Children in 4th and 5th grade are encouraged to join their parents for worship after their Bible Fellowship Group time.
My Clothes?
At Cross Church NRH, we want you to feel welcome from the moment you set foot in our parking lot. Some of our church members dress in suits and nice dresses every Sunday, some of our members wear t-shirts and jeans. Dressed up or dressed down, you are welcome to join us for church!
The Music?
We offer three worship services every Sunday morning, each with a different style of worship. The first is our traditional worship at 8 AM. This worship service features hymns and classic worship songs accompanied by a piano and keys. During this service we are led by our Worship Minister and a full choir. Our service held at 9:30 AM, features more contemporary music. This service has a full instrumental ensemble, including a full rhythm section, brass instruments, cello, guitar, bass, and more. During this service we are led by a praise team and our full choir. The 11 AM service is our most modern worship experience, driven only by a band and a few worship leaders.
