Each year, we take an extended overnight trip. We also have monthly outings and fellowships. In 2025, we took a five day trip to Branson, Missouri. In 2026, the trip will be to Kentucky to see The Ark, Creation Museum and other sites. We have a large quarterly fellowship with a different theme each time. This is a potluck meal with fun and entertainment for everyone. We also have monthly events such as day trips to various places and events at the church. We strongly encourage you to join us in these fun times of food and fellowship.

We have a group of people that are committed to contacting our homebound members. This helps them to feel loved. It also helps us to know how best to pray for them and meet their needs if possible. We send cards throughout the year to encourage these special church members and a Christmas gift bag is delivered to each of our homebound members each year.

One of the support ministries of Cross Church is the WOW team (Widows of Worth). Coordinated by Celesta Howell and Gloria Turmes, the WOW ladies have monthly gatherings and social activities that provide a secure and fun opportunity to support each other and to lovingly help address issues that are common to widowhood. Each fall, the widows and widowers of our church are honored with a banquet hosted by the deacons and their wives.
