8 am choir
This choir leads our 8 am worship service. No audition is required. This group rehearses Wednesday 5.30-6.30pm in the Worship Center. For more information email joy@ccdfw.org or call the Music Ministry department at 817-284-9206 and ask for Worship Ministry Offices.
9.30 am choir
This group leads in our 9.30 am worship services. This group leads in various programs throughout the year. No audition required. This group rehearses Wednesday 6.30-8.00pm in the basement of the Worship Center. Instrumental Ensemble
The Instrumental Ensemble accompanies our 9.30 am corporate worship services. They provide inspirational music each week and play for our congregational singing. Rehearsals are 7-8.30 pm on Wednesday's in the Worship Center. Positions are open for Woodwinds, Brass, Rhythm Section (Guitar, Electric Bass, Percussion) and Strings. Players must be at least in High School and will need to audition before being accepted. Children's Choir
For children age 5- grade 5, our children's choir program provides a variety of musical experiences to train children about worship, including musical concepts, Biblical truth and worship leading opportunities. STUDENT CHOIR
The student choir provides opportunities to lead in worship at Cross Church NRH. The students learn how to use their musical gifts and share the gospel in a variety of venues and on mission as well. They meet in the basement of the Worship Center from 12.30-1.30pm on Sunday afternoons. Lunch is provided. The Fine Arts Academy serves the local community by providing excellent training in the fine arts,
assisting in meeting student’s spiritual needs and developing future church music and art leaders.
