Merry Making

Join the Women’s Ministry and learn how to decorate Christmas Cookies on November 19 from 6:30 -8:30pm in the Fellowship hall. Bring a Salty or Sweet Treat to share and the recipe to share.  We will have all the supplies for cookie making.

The cost is $5.00

Calling all students 6th - 12th grades. Pigskin is still happening! Join us for a co-ed 7 on 7 flag football tournament on November 17!

Each team is required to have 2 of the opposite gender on the field at all times to play. Teams will be no larger than 10 players, which is a max of 3 subs. Sign up as a team captain, as a teammate of a friend, or a free agent. 

Guests: Please indicate in the guest line if you are from another church or the guest of a friend and the friend’s full name.

Registration is $25

Participants must return their waiver, printable at the end of this registration, by November 17 in order to participate and to receive their t-shirt. 

On November 17, check-in at 1:30PM at Haltom High School Practice Field (5501 Haltom Rd, Haltom City, TX 76137). If you did not register online, you may pay $25 at check-in. Pigskins t-shirts will be available to pick up at Cross Church in the Ministry Gallery that morning or you may get your shirt at check-in.

You are invited to come early for a free hot dog lunch provided by the 11th grade BFG department. Serving line opens at 1:00pm and will either end at 1:55pm or sooner if we run out.

Fall Women's Canton Trip

Friday, November 1, 2024 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Canton, TX

Have you experienced Fall in Canton? Get your wagons ready and bring your big bucks...this is one of the best times to go.. they have everything you can imagine and more....plus time with the girls. This is the perfect time to bring your neighbor, mom, friend or family..... We will be leaving from Cross Church NRH Parking Lot at 7:30 am and may have a 2nd bus at 8am  depending if there’s over flow. You’re  also welcome to drive yourself and follow. We can wait, so mark our calendars!

Join us for food, fellowship, and target practice at Quail Creek Range, 13814 FM-1171, Northlake, TX 76262 on Saturday, October 26, 2024.  Breakfast will be served at 8:00 at the range and then on to the range for target practice.  Bring your pistols and the amount of ammo you want to shoot and join us for a great time. Registration will be available from Sunday, October 6, 2024 through Wednesday, October 23, 2024 for purchase at the NRH Ministry Gallery or via Realm.  Cost:  $25.00.

Hope in the Journey.  We meet at 12:30 and we offer a light lunch.  If you would like a lunch, please sign up in the Ministry Gallery on August 25th or September 8th. Men's Breakfast

SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 7, 2024 8AM

Men, join us for great food, community and connection at our next breakfast.  Our guest will be the recently elected Mayor of North Richland Hills, Jack McCarty, who happens to attend Cross Church at our NRH campus. Jack serves as a deacon, 9th grade BFG leader and is an associate member of the Barnabas Class. If you already know Jack, you know what a great man he is. If you haven't had the opportunity to meet Jack yet, we encourage you to come that morning and say hello. He will be sharing some of the challenges in living out his faith and Christian walk while leading the city of North Richland Hills. Breakfast will be served beginning at 8AM in the Fellowship Hall.

Widowed? Help is here, and hope is possible. We are hosting a free one-time seminar in room 200. It will help you discover how other people understand and have found ways to make it through, why it won’t always hurt so much, reasons for hope, and practical tips for coping with the death of a spouse.
